Product Profile:
General Description:
A fast drying industrial waterborne acrylic coating that develops a hard finish with excellent blocking and chemical resistance.
Common Usage:
This product was developed as an alternative to Alkyd and Lacquer based coatings for a wide range of application and surface substrates.

This product can be applied over non-lifting primers, undercoaters or direct-to-metal to properly prepared surfaces. Consult your Anchor representative for specific job recommendations.
 
Surface Preparation:
Surface should be dry and free of contaminants such as excess dirt, grease or oil.

Volume Solids: 37.35%
Recommended Thickness: 1.0-1.4 mils dry per coat.

(Cooler temperatures and higher humidity will lengthen drying time)

Application:
Coverage Rates Per Coat:

Mixing: Stir thoroughly, making sure no pigment remains on the bottom of the can.
Thinning: Thin with water, only if necessary.
Surface Temperature:

The surface should be dry and the relative humidity should be less than 85%.
Application Equipment:
Airless Spray
Pressure: 1200-2200 psi.
Tip: .013"-.017"
Conventional Spray
Air Pressure: 40-70 psi.
Fluid Pressure: 10-20 psi
Brush: Use a quality nylon or polyester bristle brush.
Roller: Do not exceed a 3/8" nap cover.
Cleanup: Use soap and water.
Application Considerations:
This product may be applied by Brush, Roller or Spray. Do not apply when overnight freeze, rain or dew is imminent. Warm air, moving over the substrate, will promote drying and improve cure time when less than optimum application conditions exist.
