Product Profile:
General Description:
Safety Zone Striping paint is for use of lining traffic lanes, parking lots, interior department zoning, or any area that requires high visibility. It dries very fast and has good resistance to oil, water, salt and abrasion.
Common Usage:
This product can be applied on concrete, asphalt, brick, wood, or other surfaces.
Color: White, Red, Blue and Yellow
Finish: Flat

Self-Priming. Consult your Anchor representative for specific job recommendations.
 
Surface Preparation:
Surface should be dry and free of contaminants such as excess dirt, grease or oil.

Volume Solids: 53.43% -varies by color
Recommended Thickness: 4-6 mils dry.
Drying Time: 
Temperature To Touch To Recoat
75 F / 55% R.H. 25 Minutes 1 Hour
(Cooler temperatures and higher humidity will lengthen drying time)

Application:
Coverage Rates Per Coat:

Mixing: Stir thoroughly, making sure no pigment remains on the bottom of the can.
Thinning: Use Anchor #J-1131.
Surface Temperature:
Minimum 55 F Maximum 110 F
The surface should be dry and the relative humidity should be less than 85%.
Application Equipment:
Airless Spray
Pressure: 1200-2200 psi
Tip: .013"-.017"
Conventional Spray
Air Pressure: 40-70 psi
Fluid Pressure: 10-20 psi
Brush: Use a high quality natural china bristle brush.
Roller: Use 1/4" synthetic nap covers.
Cleanup: Use Anchor #J-1131.
Application Considerations:
Spray application recommended as this coating dries very fast. Apply in a full wet coat. This product may be brushed or rolled in small areas.
